Vintage Danish Soholm Pottery Red Ceramic Table Lamp 1072 1960s 1970s

Soholm Pottery Danish Table Lamp 1960s.
The base is filled with glassy red crackle glaze that is design to catch the glow of the light cast down on it by the shade.
Subtly textured, satin glazed neck and base in slightly shimmering espresso brown.
Has been refurbished with a brass lampholder and braided cable.
Designed by Einar Johansen for Soholm and handmade in the 1960s/70s.
Has Einar Johansen’s mark, its manufacturer’s name and model number 1072 etched to its base.
Approximately 23cm high, including the lamp holder, and 14cm wide.
Excellent fully working vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

Has been rewired with red vintage style braided fabric cable and a new brass British-made lampholder with a switch on it.
Fitted with a new UK plug.
It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included).
