Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges & cancellations subject to the following timescales: 

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase
Personalised or customised items cannot be returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for these items. This does not include the standard rewiring of lamps with one of our standard colours, these remain subject to the standard returns policy.

Conditions of return
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is not returned in the condition in which they originally received it, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Privacy Policy & Cookies 
We only collect your data if you want to be on our email subscriber list, so we can contact you or if you have placed an order with us, so that we can fulfill it. We don't use it in any other way and we certainly don't share it with anyone.
We only use cookies to improve the functionality of the website, for instance we use cookies to find out where you are located so that we can translate the language and currency.
