Soholm Pottery White Danish Ceramic Table Lamp

Has a very small chip at the top, which would be covered by the lamps shade.

Small lamp, handmade in Denmark in the 1960s/70s.

The lower half has a glossy white glaze with two bands of geometric relief design.

Features warm cinnamon brown highlights and an uglazed biscuit neck.

Handmade in Denmark by Soholm Stenjoj in the 1960s/70s.

Has manufacturer’s details etched on its base.

24cm high including the lamp holder and 10cm wide.

Very good vintage condition. Has a small chip at the top which is highlighted in the photos, factored in to the price and doesn't show when a lampshade is used.

As this lamp hasn’t been rewired yet, you have the opportunity to choose the colour of vintage style braided cable you would like it to be rewired with from a choice of black, white, dark brown, dark blue, light blue, burnt orange and old gold.

Will be rewired with high quality Italian vintage style braided fabric cable and a new switch. We will attempt to reuse the original lamp holder where practicable, but may replace it with a modern E27 fitting. If you buy two lamps we will ensure they have matching fittings.

We can fit a British/Irish, European, Aus/NZ or American* plug.

* If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb.
