Vintage Danish Blue Ceramic Tankard Mug

Large handmade pottery tankard or pint mug.

Beautiful glossy blue glaze with shimmering light blue wand warm copper highlights.

Has a geometric textured relief design.

Part of the Blu Granite range that was inspired by the rugged Nordic landscape.

Handmade in Denmark by Soholm Pottery on the island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s.

Approximately 14cm high and 9cm wide. Holds approximately 1/2 litre or 1 pint.

Excellent vintage condition with no chips and only very minor signs of age.
