Vintage Riihimaki Red Hooped Glass Vase

Stunning sculptural vase in very good condition.

Due to its industrial, mechanical shape it is known as the 'camshaft' vase.

A real statement piece, these stunning vases are becoming harder to find.

Bright deep red coloured glass, cased (lined) with clear glass.

Handmade in Finland in the period 1965-1975.

This design is usually attributed to Tamara Aladin.

28cm tall.

Very good vintage condition with no chips but several scratches and scuffs. We have attempted to highlight the signs of age and are factored it into the price. Despite this the vase still displays very well.
