Riihimaki Purple Violet Glass Bud Vase 1960s 1970s

Stylish rocket shaped bud/stem vase in a beautiful deep plum shade of purple.

A stunning piece of high quality vintage art glass - a wonderful shape and colour.

Model number 1379, etched to its base.

Designed by Erkkitapio Siiroinen who joined Riihimaki in 1968.

Handmade in Finland at some point between 1968 and 1975.

20cm high and around 11cm wide at its widest point.

Very good vintage condition with no chips and only minor signs of age including a few small scratches.
