RARE Riihimaki Steel Blue Glass Vase Tamara Aladin 1472 - Large Size

Vintage Riihimaki Finnish Steel Blue Glass Vase - larger 25cm / 10” model

This is the very rare, large size of this model and in one of the rarer colours.

Beautiful shimmering greyish blue with hints of lavender under some light, there's a real intensity to the colour of this particular vase.

This is a luscious, tactile vase with a real high quality feel about it.It is our personal favourite Riihimaki vase and we are collectors of it.

Model number 1472. Designed by Tamara Aladin.

Handmade in Finland by Riihimaki in the period 1965-1975.

25cm tall and 11cm wide. A beautifully solid, weighty vase.

Excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age.

It is shown with other #1472 vases in the large and standard 20cm size which are available for separate purchase.
