Small Vintage Holmegaard Danish Glass Bud Vase

Part of the Akva range of blue-hued clear glass.

It has an attractive, distinctive shape and a wonderful solidity to it that oozes quality.

Model number 16510, designed by Per Lütken in 1952 for Danish glass house Holmegaard.

Would make a wonderful present for any lover of Scandinavian and modernist designs.

Designed in 1952 and handmade in Denmark in the period 1952-74.

Has its manufacturer’s names, model number and designer’s initials etched on to its base.

Measures approximately 9.5cm high and 7cm wide at the top.

Very good vintage condition with only very minor signs of age, just a few tiny scuffs.
