Holbaek Pottery Red Danish Table Lamp Vintage 1960s

Small Red Vintage Pottery Ceramic Table Lamp.

Features a smooth, glossy red drip glaze upper part and a espresso brown unglazed base.

Made in Denmark by Holbaek Pottery.

Any manufacturer’s details it had have worn off but we have seen other products in the same range with Holbaek etched on their base.

Handmade in Denmark in the 1960s/70s.

Very good fully working vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

Approximately 20cm high, including the lamp holder, and 8cm wide.

The price includes re-wiring with high quality, Italian-made fabric cable and a new plug, replacing old, worn fittings if required. You have the opportunity to choose the cable colour from a choice of black, dark brown, dark blue, light blue, burnt orange and old gold.

It will be rewired with vintage style Italian braided cable, and a new switch and lamp holder. If you buy more than one lamp we will ensure they are rewired with matching fittings.

We can fit a British/Irish, European*, Australian/NZ or American* plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included). The bulb in the photo is a vintage-look G95 LED Filament bulb.

*If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should fit but because they are 1mm smaller may need to be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring diameter of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb. See FAQs for full details.
