Repair/rewire of two vintage table lamps - 1 white and 1 grey

Work undertaken on white lamp

• Rewired with a switched B22 brass lampholder, gold earthed braided cable and plug all as supplied by customer.
• Lamp cavities x 2 had to be slightly drilled out for parts to fit.
• Customer requested a switch but the supplied lampholder has a switch. Please note the switch is a 'safer switch' so only operates when a bulb is in place. A result of this safety enhancement is that the switch needs to be fully pushed all the way over for electrical contact to be made.

Work undertaken on grey lamp

• Lamp dismantled and all wiring checked.
• Base tightened as it was spinning.
• New black switch and UK plug fitted.
