Rewire of vintage Bitossi table lamp

  • Customer requested black fabric cable and a bronze metal B22 lampholder.
  • Unfortunately the thicker earthed cable required with the metal lampholder did not fit through the base of the lamp so a plastic lampholder had to be used.
  • Original lampholder taken apart, serviced/refurbished and a strain relief added (safety enhancement).
  • Plastic grommet added to base of the lamp to stop the cable from fraying agains sharp metal edges.
  • New UK plug attached.
  • Lamp cleaned up a bit.
  • Customer to collect.
