Vintage Cathrine Holm Enamel Coffee Pot

Part of the iconic 'Lotus' range of 1960s Norwegian kitchenware.

Beautiful light olive green and white coloured enamel.

The pot shape was designed by Norwegian enamelist Grete Prytz Kittelsen.

Although the Lotus design is often also credited to Kittelsen, it is now thought that the Lotus pattern may have been designed by Arne Clausen.

Made in the 1960s in the Cathrine Holm factory in Southern Norway, which closed in 1971.

Holds approximately 1.25 litres.

Approx 19cm high to the top of the lid and 20cm wide from spout to handle.

Excellent vintage condition externally, with only very minor signs of age. Inside the lid is rusty and inside the pot is coffee-stained as shown  in the photos.
