Vintage Danish Soholm Pottery Ceramic Table Lamp.

Small studio pottery lamp, handmade in Denmark in the 1960s/70s.

A rare and very pretty little table lamp.

Has a deep blue glaze with warm caramel amber and iridescent powder blue highlights.

The lower half features a geometric textured design.

Has the manufacturer’s name and model number etched to its base.

Handmade by Soholm Pottery on the Baltic island of Bornholm, Denmark in the 1960s.

21cm high, including the lamp holder, and 8.5cm wide at the base.

Excellent vintage fully working condition.

It will be rewired with vintage style braided fabric cable and a new switch, retaining its original lamp holder if practicable.

We can fit a British/Irish, European*, Aus/NZ plug or American** plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included).

** If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb. Full details of lampshades can be found under FAQs.

If this lamp is bought by a UK customer we can rewire the lamp with a vintage style metal B22 lampholder in either an aged brass or zinc finish, which will complement this pretty little lamp beautifully.
