Delivery (Shipping) Details

We Offer Free Shipping in the UK Except for very large items like furniture.

We specialise in glass, ceramics and other fragile and precious vintage goods, so we wrap our products extremely well.

We dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days, lighting may take slightly longer.

We ship 99% of orders fully insured and tracked with Royal Mail. Very large items will be sent by FedEX or UPS.

Business hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 UK time.

UK: Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days. If you upgrade to Express 1-2 day delivery, we will aim to dispatch the order within 48 business hours, but lighting may take slightly longer.

International: Royal Mail orders are delivered by your local mail service - the USPS, Canada Post, AusPost etc. Delivery takes approximately 1-3 weeks.

International customers - please contact us for a quote it you want to upgrade to FedEx/UPS Express 2-5 business days services.

If we do not show shipping to your country, please contact us and we may be able to provide a quote.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Christmas Orders

The last dates to receive orders for pre-Christmas dispatch are:

Lighting Orders: close of business 12th December

Non-Lighting Orders: close of business 18th December

Please upgrade to Express Delivery for orders placed on or after 12th December.
