Royal Copenhagen Aluminia Tenera Fajance Pottery Vase

Medium sized, oval hand painted Danish vase.

Features an absolutely beautiful hand painted floral design in warm shades of purple.

Designed and painted by Kari Christensen for Aluminia, Royal Copenhagen’s faience specialist,

Part of Royal Copenhagen's popular Tenera Range featuring hand-painted designs by Scandinavian women.

Made in Denmark in 1964 (the year of production is shown in the backstamp).

It is fully back stamped with its manufacturer name, model number, Christensen's, and the ceramicist's initials.

Approximately 18cm high, 11cm wide and 9cm deep.

In excellent vintage condition with no chips and only very minor signs of age, mainly some crazing.
