Vintage Riihimaki Finnish Emerald Green Glass Vase.

Hooped glass vase in glistening, lustrous bright emerald green.

This is a particularly nice example of this vase with a real intensity of colour.

This bright green colourway is one of the rarer ones this vase is found in.

This is a luscious, tactile vase with a real high quality feel about it. It is our personal favourite Riihimaki vase and we are collectors of it.

Model number 1472. Designed by Tamara Aladin. 

Handmade in Finland by Riihimaki in the period 1965-1975.

20cm tall and 9.5cm wide. A beautifully solid and weighty vase.

Excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age, mainly an area of small scratches in the top part. This is shown in the photos and video, including highlighted in one photo, but is hardly noticeable in normal light.

We are specialist sellers, and also collectors of glass, so you can be confident in the accuracy of our descriptions - we aim for our buyers to receive items in the same or better condition than they were expecting, and our reviews should illustrate this.
