Vintage Orange Hooped Glass Table Lamp in great condition

A rare, unsual and funky Danish glass lamp from the 1960s/70s

Beautiful medium sized 2 part lamp - in bright orange and white opaque glass.

Cool hooped Atomic Era styling, based on a traditional oil lamp.

Made in Denmark by ABO Randers in the 1960s/70s.

ABO Randers did not produce glass so will have used handmade glass from Denmmark or Sweden, probably Holmegaard who did produce glass for other Danish manufacturers in this period.

The orange part is removed to fit the bulb.

Approximately 27cm high and 14cm wide at its widest point.

Excellent fully working vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

Will be rewired with a new switch and lampholder.

We can fit a British/Irish, European, Aus/NZ or American* plug.

It takes a E14 lightbulb, maximum 40w (not included). It will need to be a slim, short bulb to fit in housing and not stick out the top.

*If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E14 lightbulbs should be available online but we will provide an adapter so it can take US-standard E12 bulbs.
