Rewire of ceramic bird lamp

• Rewired with a new zinc B22 un-switched lampholder and light blue braided cable
  
• Filed down both ends of threaded rod as they were very sharp.
• Switch added to the cable to reduce interaction with the lamp holder given how it broke.
• Plastic cable protectors added at both ends of the threaded rod to prevent cable fray.
• Strain relief (safety enhancement) added to base of cable.
• White plug fitted.
