Vintage Teal Blue Danish Pottery Ceramic Table Lamp.

Medium-sized lamp in a very beautiful and rare colour.

Has a glossy turquoise or teal greenish-blue glaze.

Features mottled and shimmering lighter glazed highlights.

The square base has an attractive geometric textured relief design.

Believed to be made in Denmark in the 1960s/70s.

Has no manufacturer's details but had 1960s Danish wiring and electrical fittings.

33cm high, including the orignal brown Bakelite lamp holder, and 8cm wide at its base.

Excellent vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

The price includes re-wiring with high quality, Italian-made fabric cable and a new plug, replacing old, worn fittings if required. You have the opportunity to choose the cable colour from a choice of black, dark brown, dark blue, light blue, burnt orange and old gold.

Will be rewired with vintage style braided fabric cable, retaining the original Bakelite lamp holder if praticable.

We can fit a British/Irish, European*, Aus/NZ plug or North American** plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included).

** If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb. Full details of lampshades can be found under FAQs.
