Vintage Danish Modern iron candle holder

Striking brutalist small iron candle holder in its original box.

There was a similar design by Quistgaard for Dansk Designs in the 1950s/60s. Dansk used various companies to produce its products and we believe the same Danish manufacturer made these.

The base is inscribed with ‘Kronborg Design Made In Denmark’

These candle holders make an attractive table centrepiece.

It is 10.5cm wide with twelve arms.

It is in very good vintage condition. It may have very small spots of rust and bits of wax from previous usage. The box is a bit tatty.

Takes ‘tiny taper’ candles, approximately 7mm or 8mm wide (not included).
