Soholm Pottery Danish Ceramic Table Lamp -  handmade in Denmark in the 1960s/70s

Very large (40cm / 15.75 inches), rare & stunning ceramic table lamp,

This lamp is very rare - it’s the only one of this model we’ve ever seen.

It’s also extremely beautiful - we consider it the most beautiful Soholm lamp we have ever seen.

Has a stunning, glossy glaze of pale custard yellow and warm pecan brown.

Features absolutely beautiful iridescent highlights in yellow, light blue, green and purple.

Has an attractive geometric textured relief design with amber accents.

Pleasingly balanced, curved shaped that works very well with or without a shade.

Model number 3027.

Handmade in Denmark by Soholm Stentoj (Pottery) on the Baltic island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s.

Has manufacturer’s details, designer’s mark, and model number etched on its base.

40cm high including the lampholder and 16cm wide at its widest part.

Excellent near mint vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.

Has been rewired with high quality Italian vintage-style braided cable.

We can fit a British/Irish, European*, Aus/NZ plug or American** plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included).

** If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they should be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European type/size lampshade with a ring of 1.5 inches (3.6cm) or alternatively a lampshade that sits on the light bulb. Full details of lampshades can be found under FAQs.
