Vintage Danish Amber Purple Ceramic Teapot
Beautiful glossy warm amber glaze with shimmering purple and light blue highlights.
Has a geometric textured relief design.
Designed by Maria Philippi who worked for Soholm in the 1960s.
Part of the Blu Granite range (although in the amber colourway) that was inspired by the rugged Nordic landscape.
Handmade in Denmark by Soholm Pottery on the island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s.
Approximately 26cm long, 15cm high and 15cm wide.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips and only very minor signs of age as shown in the photos.
