Royal Copenhagen Tenera Ceramic Dish Fajance Pottery Serving Dish
Absolutely beautiful hand painted, glossy glazed blue, green and purple design featuring birds.
Cand be used as a serving platter or display item.
Designed by Nils Thorsson and Kari Christensen for Royal Copenhagen.
Part of Royal Copenhagen's popular Tenera Range, featuring hand-painted designs by Scandinavian women.
The Tenera range was designed by Nils Thorsson from 1958 in colloboration with a group of female artists and designers.
It is fully back stamped with its manufacturer name, model number, designer's stamp, and painter's initials.
The backstamps shows that it was produced between 1969 and 1973.
Approximately 32cm long, 15cm wide and approximately 3cm deep.
In excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age.
Comes with a complimentary old brace used to hang it on a wall.
