Riihimaki Finnish Steel Blue 1970s Glass Vase
Superb quality piece of vintage handmade Finnish glass in a timeless, elegant shape.
Beautiful grey blue coloured glass, lined with clear glass.
The design is currently unattributed but most of the export models in this period were designed by Tamara Aladin.
Handmade in Finland between 1965 and 1975.
25cm high.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips and only minor signs of age, mainly the scratch highlighted in the photo.
Note that we are specialist sellers, and also collectors of glass, so you can be confident in the accuracy of our descriptions - we aim for our buyers to receive items in the same or better condition than they were expecting, and our reviews should illustrate this.
__________________________________________________
Note that we have attempted to show and state the condition as accurately as possible but this is a pre-loved, vintage item and some minor signs of age and/or use are to be expected.
There may also be slight variations in the colours shown due to lighting, the camera lens and the device the image is viewed through.
Handmade items may have slight imperfections, such as air bubbles in glass, which add to their uniqueness and charm.
