Rare Danish Yellow Glass 1950s Tealight Holder

A beautifully sculptural item that would make a wonderful display piece.

It has an attractive, curved shape and a wonderful solidity that oozes quality.

Yellow is a very rare colour for Holmegaard glass.

Designed by Per Lütken as part of the Torskemund / Pike series.

Made in Denmark by Holmegaard in 1952.

Has its manufacturer’s name, designer’s initials and year of production etched on to its base.

Approximately 6cm high and 9cm wide.

Very good vintage condition with minor signs of age and a tiny burst air bubble on the rim as highlighted in the photo and shown in the video.
