Vintage Danish Blue Ceramic Dish Bowl 1960s 1970s

A beautiful piece of vintage handmade Scandinavian pottery.

Medium-sized round pottery dish, ideal as a small fruit bowl, a display piece or storing items in the bathroom.

Features a glossy glaze in shades of blue with yellow highlights.

The base is a rustic, lightly textured earthy brown.

Made by Michael Andersen Pottery.

Made on the Danish island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s.

Has maker's details, original sticker and model number 6140 on its base.

Approximately 25cm wide and 5cm deep.

In excellent vintage condition with only minor signs of age.
