Note that the top rim of the lampholder is porcelain. In the 1950s this became Bakelite and in the 1960s the old metal lampholder was completely replaced by plastic.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eApproximately 37cm high, including the original fully refurbished lampholder, and 14cm wide at its widest point.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eExcellent vintage condition with no chips and only very minor signs of age.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCompletely rewired and refurbished with ivory braided cable that complements the lamp beautifully.\u003cbr\u003e______________________________________________________\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRewired with earthed cable in line with current UK electrical safety standards.
