Royal Copenhagen Baca Ceramic Dish Fajance Pottery Serving Dish

This dish is in the rarer large 22cm / 8.7” size.

Absolutely beautiful hand painted blue design with a satin, slightly textured glaze.

Designed by Nils Thorsson and Joanne Gerber for Royal Copenhagen.

Part of Royal Copenhagen's popular hand painted Baca range.

Baca was produced from 1964 by Nils Thorsson in colloboration with a group of predominantly female designers.

It is fully back stamped with its manufacturer’s name, model number, designer's stamp, and painter's initials.

The back stamp indicates that this item was made between 1974 and 1978.

22cm wide and approximately 4cm deep.

In excellent vintage condition with only very minor signs of age.
