Vintage Soholm Pottery Ceramic Vase 1960s - 28cm / 11” tall

Large, sculptural, and very striking, handmade Danish vase.

This is a very rare vase model, in an even rarer Soholm colour way.

Has a beautiful glossy dark green / blue glaze with highlights including white and bronze.

The glaze is really quite exceptional and looks very different depending on the light.

Features a striking design with wedges protruding from each side.

Model number 3407, designed by Einar Johansen.

Handmade in Denmark by Soholm on the Baltic island of Bornholm in the 1960s/70s.

Has manufacturer’s details, designer’s mark, and model number etched on its base.

28cm high and 15cm wide. Weighs 1.8kg.

Excellent vintage condition with no chips.
