Vintage Holmegaard Danish Kluk Glass Decanter

Beautiful smoked glass decanter - a wonderful gift for any whisky or brandy lover!

Known as the Kluk Kluk decanter (Glug Glug in English) because of the sound the liquid makes as it is poured out.

A Kluk Kluk decanter like this features in Star Trek because of its stunning shape.

Once a coloured liquid is poured into it you can truly appreciate its shape.

Handmade by Holmegaard in Denmark, probably in the 1950s-1960s, can be dated as 1971 as at the latest as its sticker refers to the former Danish King.

30cm high including the stopper. 10cm wide.

Excellent vintage condition with no chips. The stopper has the usual minor roughness as shown in the photos.
