Vintage Scandinavian Glass Pendant - Swedish Amber Glass Light

A stylish and very high quality lamp in the Hollywood Regency style of the 1950s.

Comprises of 2 layers of glass that combine to provide a warm cosy glow.

Has a thick, textured honeyed amber glass outer shade.

The inner shade is clear, textured glass and works to diffuse the light.

This design is usually attributed to Carl Fagerlund for Swedish glassworks, Orrefors.

Made in Denmark or Sweden in the 1950s/60s using Swedish glass.

It is approximately 25cm high and 20cm wide

Excellent vintage fully working condition with only very minor signs of age.

Refurbished and rewired with 1.8m of high quality vintage-look black fabric cable.

Comes without a ceiling canopy/rose.

Takes a standard E27 bulb maximum 60w.

* If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. A E26 lightbulb should fit but because it is 1mm smaller will need to be fully turned to ensure it makes contact with the fitting.
