Danish Grey Wall Lamp Sconce Vintage Retro Bedside Light Industrial 2
Retro Danish Grey Metal Wall Lamp Sconce
These versatile little lamps were very popular in Scandinavia in the 1970s as you can easily adjust how much light they provide.
Vintage rectangular metal wall lamp with a satin grey finish.
The coloured front flap tilts to adjust the spread of the light and it has small cutouts to allow light to stream through.
Attractive industrial styling.
Ideal to be fixed to the wall above a bed as bedside lighting.
Can also be used as a table lamp.
Metal lamp with an on/off switch on the lamp holder.
Made by Hamalux in Denmark, in the 1970s. Retains its original Kozeluh (owners of Hamalux) sticker.
20cm long, 10cm high and 8cm wide.
Fully working good vintage condition with signs of age, mainly on the back, as shown in the photos.
We can fit a British/Irish, European, Aus/NZ, or American* plug.
It takes a E14 SES Light bulb, maximum 40w. We recommend using an LED/energy saving light bulb because it is a metal lamp that can get very hot with an incandescent light bulb.
*If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb, maximum 7w. You can use an E14>E12 adapter to enable it to take North American standard size E12 light bulbs, which are more easily available in North America or alternatively E14 bulbs should be available online in North America.
Note that we have attempted to show and state the condition as accurately as possible but this is a pre-loved, vintage item and some minor signs of age and/or use are to be expected. There may also be slight variations in the colours shown due to lighting, the camera lens and the device the image is viewed through.
