Cathrine Holm Green Lotus Coffee Pot 1960s Norwegian Scandinavian Scandi Style Design Olive Avocado Khaki
Cathrine Holm Enamel Green Lotus Coffee Pot 1960s.
Designed and made in Norway in the 1960s in the Cathrine Holm factory in Southern Norway, which closed in 1971.
Approximately 19cm high and 20cm wide from spout to handle.
Beautiful shiny enamel in the very 1960s olive or avocado green colourway.
The pot shape was designed by Norwegian enamelist Grete Prytz Kittelsen. Although the Lotus design is often also credited to Kittelsen, it is now thought that the Lotus pattern may have been designed by Arne Clausen.
Excellent vintage condition with only very minor signs of age as shown in the photos, including small areas of rust around the spout and the inside of the lid.
Note that we have attempted to show and state the condition as accurately as possible but this is a pre-loved, vintage item and some minor signs of age and/or use are to be expected.
There may also be slight variations in the colours shown due to lighting, the camera lens and the device the image is viewed through.
