Bing & Grondahl Danish White Ceramic Table Lamp

Elegant medium sized vintage white porcelain lamp

Features a pleasing, classic shape with burgundy stripe detailing.

Approximately 26cm high, including the original Bakelite lamp holder, and 11cm wide.

Handmade by Bing & Grondahl in Copenhagen, Denmark in the 1970s/80s.

Excellent fully working vintage condition with original stickers.

Rewired with brown vintage style fabric cable, using its original lamp holder and a vintage switch.

We can fit a British/Irish, European, Aus/NZ or American* plug.

It takes a E27 lightbulb, maximum 60w (not included), the light bulb in the photos is a vintage-look LED Filament G95 ‘radio spiral’.

*If used in the USA/100/110/120v we recommend using an energy saving/LED bulb. E26 bulbs should work but because they are 1mm smaller they need to be fully turned to ensure they make contact with the fitting. This lamp will take a European/UK type & size lampshade with a ring with an inner diameter of 1.5 inches (3.6cm). Alternatively you can use a lampshade that sits on the light bulb or a European to US lampshade harp adapter.
